For other emergency repairs - e.g. water leaks, no water, no heating, blocked drains - please call 0800 952 5555. They cannot be raised online.
Tenants can use this service for requesting a repair inside their home and for communal repairs. Leaseholders can also use this service for reporting communal repairs.
